This course introduces real estate professional to the practical use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools – like ChatGPT – to improve productivity, marketing, and client communication.  Students will learn how to use AI to create professional listing descriptions, social media content, and client communication templates in seconds.  Through guided demonstrations and real-world examples, participants explore how AI benefits both consumers and agent by enhancing efficiency, personalization, and accuracy throughout a real estate transaction.
