First eRecording for All American Title via Landata e-Link™ software accepted in Hillsborough County, FL.

HOUSTON (June 24, 2008) – Hillsborough County’s official recorder, Pat Frank, accepted the first electronic recording from All American Title. Ms. Frank is Hillsborough county clerk of the Circuit Court, and is both clerk to the courts and comptroller. As the official recorder, she is the custodian of all official records, including deeds, mortgages and liens.

All American Title submitted the real estate documents into the county’s land records management system using Landata Technology, Inc. (LTI) e-Link software this past week.

“It’s great for our office not having to wait in line to submit closing documents any longer,” said Susan H. Luther, the president and owner of All American Title since 1995. “Our customers enjoy the security of knowing their closing documents are recorded correctly and in a timely manner.”
