As part of a growing wave of new investment and progress in downtown Syracuse, New York, the Pike Block project is considered one of the area’s flagship developments. This 120,000 square-foot, mixed-use residential and retail development project consists of four historic buildings – the Witherill Building, the Chamberlin Building, the Wilson Building, and the Bond Building. Since their construction, this group of buildings has played a central, visible role in the development of the City of Syracuse.

Pike Block also serves as a key corridor between two historic districts – South Salina Street Downtown Historic District and Armory Square Historic District. Upon completion, the Pike Block project will offer 68 apartments. All units will

be beautifully appointed with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and hardwood floors.

Depending on the unit, additional amenities may include spacious lofts, private patios or balconies, two bathrooms, studies, walk-in closets, in-unit laundry and even some multi-level apartments. The project will also provide residents access to an outdoor roof deck with an adjacent common multi-purpose room, ground-level residential courtyard, first-level bicycle storage room, available parking in an adjacent garage and more.

In addition, there will be approximately 25,000 square feet of multi-level commercial space.
