The Denizen is a 119-unit residential community comprised of apartments and townhomes and provides a complete community to its residents. Homes are priced at approximately a third less than the average single-family home in this market, bringing residents to the area who could not otherwise afford to live there. 

The biggest treasure of The Denizen is 3.8 acres of open space under a majestic live oak canopy accessible to its residents, community garden members and the surrounding neighborhood. Also, The Denizen is a leader in both sustainability and design. With the largest rainwater garden installation in Austin at the time of its development, the retention pond became a usable amphitheater. 

One hundred percent of the on-site storm water is treated through a series of 13 linear rain gardens that act as both a functional engineering device and a visual amenity.
