If yes, then
If no, submit your request
- Gather pertinent documentation in digital form: Legal Description, PSA, Prior Policy, or any other information to be submitted with the request.
- Fill out the Adobe Sign form, attach the necessary documents and submit.
- Look for the email confirmation message from Adobe Sign (adobesign@adobesign.com) in your in-box and click on "Confirm my email address".
- You're done! After your email has been confirmed, you will receive a 2nd email from "Stewart Title Guaranty Company" (adobesign@adobesign.com) with a copy of the request as a confirmation of your submission.
