Shaunna grew up in the majestic mountains of Colorado. Armed with a family background in Real Estate and a Business/Marketing Degree from Colorado University, she wanted to follow in her father's footsteps and earned her first real estate license in Denver, Colorado. On a visit to Austin in the mid 1990's she fell in love with the beautiful scenery of Lake Travis and the rolling hills, reminding her of that same southern 'charm' she grew up with, and has happily called Austin home ever since.
With a flare for spotting that unique opportunity, tough negotiation skills and an "I'll never quit attitude", she quickly came onto the real estate scene soon after relocating to Austin. Her philosophy "real estate is more about the relationships than about the structure", inspired her to purposely spend years diversifying her background from management to business development. As a long-time industry veteran, Shaunna looks forward to being in the position to build and foster relationships with her fellow agents to achieve success by being an integral part of their team.
When Shaunna is not busy with her "work family", she focuses on enjoying time with her two daughters actively involved in their school activities. Additionally, she enjoys tackling some of the finest mountain biking trails around Austin, sweating it out at the boxing gym, cooking with her wonderful friends, listening to live music and sailing on Lake Travis when the winds are up.
