Todd Delfarno is the Agency State Manager for New Jersey and will continue as Agency Sales Director in New York supporting our agents who are interested in growing their operations and expanding their footprint across state lines. Before assuming his current role at Stewart, Todd was the head of operations and sales of a Manhattan based title agency that serviced over 3,700 real estate agents and hundreds of real estate attorneys in the Westchester, Long Island and New York City markets insuring that the agency delivered exceptional experiences to its clients.
Todd is a business leader with over 20 years of diverse experience; enhancing operations, developing go to market strategies, managing and motivating sales teams to exceed objectives. Adept at assessing all areas of a business to create and implement streamlined processes around IT systems, business development and client relations. Todd has spearheaded market expansion in business-to-business sales and worked with senior-level executives within Fortune 500 organizations. Todd has held upper management positions at Realogy, Credit Suisse and Dale Carnegie demonstrating a successful management style with a focus on improving the performance of individuals with an emphasis on Leadership, Sales, Team member engagement and Customer service.
