Jeremy Poetker brings over 15 years of title industry experience to his role as senior underwriter in our New York Metro office. As part of the National Commercial services senior underwriting counsel, he has underwritten transactions for lenders and purchasers in all 50 states, covering wind and solar farms, new construction, casinos, shipyards, hydroelectric dams, industrial facilities, resort hotels, office towers, shopping malls and other portfolios. Transactions range from conventional sales and refinances to mezzanine loan foreclosures, preferred equity purchases, debt restructurings and bankruptcies. Prior to joining Stewart Title, Jeremy held senior underwriting positions throughout the title industry. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Winnipeg and a Master of Business Administration from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
