Class Description

Providing title insurance for renewable energy transactions can be an intimidating proposition. The energy market requires experience with negotiated insurance contracts, non-real property rights, lenders wearing investor hats, energy-specific endorsements, expanded search parameters, Home Office Approvals, governmental landlords, crossing consents and lots of minerals, sometimes all at once. If you're active in a role where renewable energy, real estate rights and title insurance coexist, you won't want to miss this webinar. We'll cover how to navigate the obstacles and get your energy deals done.
