Stewart is proud to announce its 2023 hairman’s Award winners, four teams and twelve individual employees who went above and beyond their everyday duties in 2023 to help our company and their colleagues succeed. Launched in September 2021, the Chairman’s Award recognizes employees that display exemplary work and tremendous dedication and commitment to making Stewart the Premier Real Estate Services Company. Nominations were made by peers and carefully considered for Stewart’s most prestigious award by our executive leadership team. Selected for transforming Stewart’s search and exam capabilities in Pennsylvania, which translated to growth of agency business despite a down market, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Micheal Fletcher
Selected for his key role coordinating title operational system and data base conversions in 2023 when his offices transitioned the Sacramento/Placer Agent to become a part of the Stewart Title of California, Inc. Direct Operations team..

Carrie Gagne
Selected for her essential role in leading, testing, and implementing the Treefort Identity Verification technology for Canadian underwriting.

Adrian Jenkins
Selected for being the driving force behind the execution of a nationwide commercial real estate education program, the Title Tenets Webinar Series.

Tracie Kester
Selected for her winning approach and lasting impact on projects outside her role as an underwriter.

Tammy Leach
Selected for her leadership, mentorship and management, leading to 2023 having the lowest year in Escrow Losses at her branch in the past five years.

Carrie Macon
Selected for expanding the production integration to all available customer title production systems in Arkansas, Alabama, Mississippi and South Carolina adding more than 30 new agency customers to the area production unit, as well as supporting the National Order Desk, the newly formed Commercial Concierge and Agency Commercial Direct teams.
