My name is Sheetal Pisal, and I’ve been proudly associated with this organization for the past 11 years. When I first joined, title insurance was a completely new concept to me. I had no prior knowledge, but through continuous learning and the unwavering support of my mentors and colleagues, I was able to grow. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work across multiple states, and thanks to the incredible people around me, I’ve developed both professionally and personally.
Today, I’m proud to serve as a Title Operations Supervisor, leading the Colorado and Florida teams.
When Stewart announced the transition, my first thoughts were filled with uncertainty. I wondered how we would manage the changes and how others would perceive us. We had always felt a strong bond within our team—close-knit and supportive—and I worried if that same feeling would continue afterward.
However, once the transition began and our training with the onshore team started, I quickly realized there was so much more to learn. Previously, we handled only one part of the process, but now I understood how many different people contribute from start to finish. Throughout this period, everyone was incredibly supportive, and I truly feel I learned from the best.
What I love most about working at Stewart is the culture — no matter which department or team you’re in, the company’s foundation is built around caring: caring for employees, communities, and customers alike. I’m also proud to see so many women in leadership roles here, which is both exceptional and inspiring.
We don’t just celebrate festivals here; we celebrate every individual’s small achievements. It’s inspiring to witness how each person is growing, both in their role and as a part of this journey.
In the end, if I had to describe Stewart in one word, it would be ‘Legacy’ — because I learned from the best, and I hope to pass the same on to someone else in my journey.
