FinCEN Working Group
Don Booher, John Crowley, Mark Bauwin, Shari Schneider and Sommer Mayorga Recognized for transforming a complex and burdensome compliance mandate, the FinCEN Anti-Money Laundering Rule, into a strategic opportunity for Stewart. They represent a powerful cross-functional team spanning compliance, legal, underwriting, operations, technology and marketing, united to address one of the most significant regulatory changes facing the industry.
SEFS Florida Agency Production Team
Chad Lumpkin, Chad Sweet and Kristi Weber
Recognized for its remarkable transformation of title production from a historical liability into a strategic growth engine for the business. This deeply collaborative, solutions-oriented team was made up of more than 30 domestic employees and more than 50 globally, supporting both residential and commercial title production while serving as a critical partner to Agency Sales and agents across Florida.
