Stewart Title Welcomes New SVP of Sales for Lender Services
HOUSTON (June 17, 2020) – Stewart Title is pleased to welcome Rich Shackelford as the new Senior Vice President of Sales for Lender Services. Shackelford will focus on identifying new business opportunities and maintaining key industry relationships to grow Stewart’s lender services offering. In his role, Shackelford will report to SVP and National Director of Lender Sales Rich Kuegler.
“Rich’s ability to build successful long-term customer relationships and his expertise in appraisals make him a great addition to our lender services team,” said Kuegler. “His hiring, along with our recent acquisition of United States Appraisals, solidifies our commitment to strategically growing our lender and appraisal services.”
Shackelford brings more than 20 years of solution-based sales skills and senior leadership to Stewart. His industry experience includes mortgage origination, processing, underwriting, lead management, pipeline management, marketing, team development, and sales and executive leadership.

Shackelford is a graduate of Missouri State University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Prior to joining Stewart, he worked at Capital One, Integra Realty Resources, Accurity Valuation, Forsythe Appraisal, and most recently, First American Title.
