These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to, and your participation in webinars, courses, and all resources and training offerings provided by Stewart Academy, a service offered by Stewart Information Services Corporation ("Stewart," "we," "our," or "us"). If you do not or cannot agree with any part of the Terms, you may not use or access Stewart Academy. Your use of Stewart Academy constitutes your acceptance of, and agreement to, all such terms, conditions, and notices. If any of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein conflict with the Terms or such other terms and guidelines contained within any particular Stewart site, then the terms of use and other terms and guidelines for such other Stewart site shall control.
By enrolling in Stewart Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Ownership and Use of Content
1.1. All information, webinars, presentations data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, or other material ("Content") provided in Stewart Academy are owned by Stewart Information Services Corporation.
1.2. Nothing contained in Stewart Academy grants you, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any of the Content without the written permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works from any Content provided by Stewart Academy without prior written consent from Stewart.
1.3. All the Content in Stewart Academy is the copyrighted, proprietary work product of Stewart, unless otherwise indicated. It may not be copied, modified, distributed, sold, leased, quoted, reproduced, transmitted, uploaded, published, or incorporated into or used by any other programs, applications, bots, software or websites, or any form of artificial intelligence technologies such as large language models and generative AI, without the express written consent of Stewart.
2. Conduct and Access
2.1. You shall not share your access credentials with others or permit unauthorized access or share materials provided in Stewart Academy.
2.2. Stewart reserves the right to deny in its sole discretion any user access to Stewart Academy or any portion thereof without notice.
3. No Unlawful or Prohibited Use
3.1. As a condition of your access and use of the Stewart Academy, you agree NOT to use Stewart Academy for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use Stewart Academy, or any services offered in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Stewart server, or the network(s) connected to any Stewart server, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of Stewart Academy or services thereunder. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any non-public portion of the Stewart Academy for which it is not granted access, through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain access to any materials or information not intentionally made available to the public through the Stewart Academy except as authorized by Stewart.
4. Liability Disclaimer
The information, software, products, and services included in Stewart Academy or any third-party site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically made to the information contained in Stewart Academy. Stewart and/or its respective suppliers may make modifications and/or changes in Stewart Academy at any time. Advice received via Stewart Academy should not be relied upon for personal, medical, legal, or financial decisions and you should consult an appropriate professional for specific advice tailored to your situation.
STEWART AND/OR ITS RESPECTIVE SUPPLIERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY, RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, OR ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, OR RELATED GRAPHICS CONTAINED IN STEWART ACADEMY OR ANY THIRD PARTY SITE FOR ANY PURPOSE. ALL SUCH INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND RELATED GRAPHICS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. STEWART AND/OR ITS RESPECTIVE SUPPLIERS HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND RELATED GRAPHICS, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF SECURITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
STEWART MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (1) STEWART ACADEMY WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (2) THE INFORMATION IN STEWART ACADEMY WILL BE TIMELY OR ERROR-FREE, (3) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH STEWART ACADEMY WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, AND (4) ANY ERRORS IN STEWART ACADEMY WILL BE CORRECTED.
IN NO EVENT SHALL STEWART AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH (I) THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF STEWART ACADEMY; (II) THE DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE STEWART ACADEMY; (III) THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE ANY SERVICE; (IV) THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, OR RELATED GRAPHICS OBTAINED THROUGH STEWART ACADEMY (IV) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF STEWART ACADEMY , WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF STEWART OR ANY OF ITS SUPPLIERS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF STEWART ACADEMY, OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF USE, USER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING STEWART ACADEMY.
5. Indemnity
5.1. As a condition of use of Stewart Academy, you agree to indemnify, protect, defend, and hold Stewart and its suppliers harmless from and against any and all liabilities, expenses (including attorneys' fees), and damages arising out of claims resulting from: (a) your use of Stewart Academy or (b) your customers or others accessing or using any Stewart Academy by, though, or under you, including without limitation any claims alleging facts that if true would constitute a breach by you of these Terms of Use.
6. Governing Law
6.1. Your access to and use of Stewart Academy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Harris County, Texas, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Stewart Academy. Use of Stewart Academy is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including without limitation this paragraph.
7. Privacy Policy
7.1. Your personal information will be collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with Stewart's Privacy Policy.
8. Modifications to Terms
8.1. Stewart reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. Continued use of Stewart Academy's services after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
