As of May 1, 2010, all Colorado title companies must charge for Ownership and Encumbrance (O&E) Reports pursuant to Division of Insurance Regulation 3-5-1.

If you need document copies only, please email your request to dcs@stewart.com. Document copies are $5 each (no charge for vesting deeds).
