About David

David Nicasio serves as a Business Development Officer at Stewart Title, where he focuses on building relationships across the commercial real estate, residential real estate, development, lending, and business communities. In his role, David works closely with clients to support their title and escrow needs, identify growth opportunities, and connect them with resources that help move transactions forward.

Born and raised in Tucson, David brings a strong local connection and a deep understanding of the Southern Arizona market. His background includes experience in sports, sales, marketing, and business development, giving him a relationship focused approach to serving clients and growing strategic partnerships.

Before joining Stewart Title, David served as an Undergraduate Assistant Coach for the University of Arizona Football team while completing his degree. He later gained professional experience with the Detroit Red Wings and the Detroit Grand Prix, where he developed a strong foundation in relationship building, event marketing, and client engagement.

David is an active member of CCIM, SAHBA, and AABB, staying connected to key organizations within the commercial real estate, homebuilding, and business brokerage communities.

Outside of work, David enjoys hiking, golf, attending sporting events, and spending time with friends and family.
